"From my first conversation with Clair, I felt we were in good hands. She was polite and helpful. Gave clear instructions on what would happen, how to pay, and the price of the visit. The engineer arrived and got straight to work, explained everything he needed to do. He then left to get parts, Claire rang to tell me the price of the work and if I wished to proceed. Which I did. Steve returned, and the work was completed by 7 pm that evening he went that extra mile. Polite, friendly, clean. We had no heating or water for two days. By 7 pm we had the heating and water up and running. I couldn't thank them enough as we are both vulnerable people at this time of the pandemic. I would use them again for any other work I needed doing and will recommend them to friends and family. Thank you. 10/10"
